How It Works
Start In Stages - Then Review And Adapt
Take The Lifestyle Design Assessment
Get an initial reading from your answers and a recommended starting Component in around five minutes. The deeper in-app Component exercises follow separately.
Build Your Components At Your Pace
Begin with Explore, then Evaluate and Execute. Your Values exercise produces a profile you review and save; completed source Components make the relevant Personal Profile fields draftable.
Discuss, Approve And Act
Ask Aidan to use the Lifestyle Designer information you permit him to read. Review proposed Goals, Habits or Tasks and approve them to save directly. Allocate planned project hours and compare them in your Pillars view.
Review What Is Changing
Log behaviours to calculate Habit Spectrum insights. The Weekly Review combines your Values and Principles ratings and highlights the lowest-rated areas. Goal progress snapshots are recorded separately; reassess Pillars to update those readings.
Redraft Your Personal Profile
When priorities change, click Draft or Redraft to generate wording from completed source Components. Edit it, keep the version you choose and download your PDF. Saved fields change only when you save an edit or approve a revision.

A Worked Example
One Value - Put Into Practice And Reviewed
A fictional example showing how Lifestyle Designer connects a priority with approved actions, planned project hours and a Weekly Review. You choose each change and when to redraft your Personal Profile.
You'd rather be present for the people closest to you than available to everyone at work.
Your Connection score comes out lowest of the six: strong intentions, little time.
Be home for dinner with the family four nights a week by the end of the quarter.
Share the relevant Values, Pillars and Goal information with Aidan. Ask him to propose a boundary Task and a Habit that protect family dinners.
Aidan proposes a Task to agree an earlier finish on Thursday and a Habit to close the laptop by 18:30 on four evenings. You review each proposal and approve it to save it in LD.
Reallocate planned project hours in LD to make room for family time, or ask Aidan to propose an allocation change and approve it. Those allocations feed Hours This Week in the Pillars view.
Log the Habit and complete the Task. In the Weekly Review, rate how well you honoured your Value and the Principle behind that boundary. Reassess Connection later to compare your own readings.
Click Redraft on the relevant Personal Profile fields to use your completed source Components. Edit the wording, keep your chosen version and use it as a reference for the next decision.
